1. Choose a place without dust for the  multiple cnc wire cutting machine to avoid leaving numerous channels beside the thread cutting;

Other matters needing attention of multiple cnc wire cutting machine:
1. A gap must be kept between the molybdenum wire and the machined surface of the workpiece. The width of the gap is determined by working voltage, processing capacity and other processing conditions.
2. Higher insulation is required to facilitate the generation of pulsed spark discharge, and the voltage between the poles cannot break down the interelectrode medium.
